Double-SHOCK-Hander (working title)

The Idea of this rather heavy Weapon is not to cut through Enemies, but to shock them with high Voltages. When the Trigger is pulled, a small Spark travels from the Handle back and forth through both of the Blades and builds up imense Powers as it goes. (i'm not a Physicist but that sounds about right to me)
